Soccer homework 9/2

First day of soccer stuff....
I did...
  • The 1oo juggles on my thighs( not in a row). My record was 26. 1/4 of the way there!
  • Next, I did GPP. I tried the box squats and it was really confusing, so I think I did it wrong.
  • I couldn't do the wall squats because I was outside.
  • The incline pushups were really hard, so I need to work on those.
  • I didn't understand any of the lower stability circuit stuff, so I didn't do it.
Now, I am going to do the shooting

Great Blog! We will review box squats at our next training session - the lower body stability circuit is the same thing we did during our warm up - perfect circles, standing on one leg - both ankles, both ways, knee elevated - thigh parallel with ground, perfect circles - and for the hip circles - remember, your leg is a stick.
