Day 5

Today I did
  • face the wall squats--I am really getting better at them.
  • Box squats-- I attempted them, but i STILL don't really get it. I didn't do the single leg squats.
  • I also did the jumps, but probably incorrectly. They made my knees hurt.
That's it!
ALSO, Congrats to Olivia and Paige for being our new captains
