Today, I did The email stuff
The squats I still don't think I am doing right, because they feel weird
The push ups were REALLY HARD!!!!!!!!!!!! I need to work on them(actual pushups, not girl ones:-))
The sit ups, were also hard and my neck was killing meee.
I need to PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE!!!!!!!!
For soccer, and for the gym stuff. oi vey.

Charlotte - your neck is not supposed to hurt - I did not assign any sit ups - and if you are doing sit ups and your neck hurts stop doing them. If you are talking about the the back crunches, your neck and shoulder should raise by themselves - with no pain - if they don't raise that's ok - don't force it, just compress your abdomen and push your lower back into the floor.
